1. Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. Please note that all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Madriana. For more accurate information, we advise you to contact your local customs office so there are no surprises regarding unexpected delivery charges at your end.

2. How much is the shipping cost?

All Spring and Summer local and international shipping is on us.

3. Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

4. Do you gift wrap?

We have made sure that you or your special someone will receive the order nicely wrapped. And if you have ordered any of our exclusive watch choker necklaces, they all come in a jewelry box with a satin and velvet interior.

5. Do watch choker necklaces fit everyone?

Yes, choker necklaces are made to fit any adult. Each of the necklaces has an extended chain to create the perfect fit.

6. Can you resize choker necklaces so I do not have to use the extended chain? What is the fee?

Yes, absolutely. MADRIANA offers to make the custom size for the choker necklace of your choice free of charge. We would kindly ask you to keep in mind that any custom orders are not refundable.
